Toast, Western Style Scrambled Eggs, Ham Penne

I saw the social media posts prior to going to Australia Dairy Company and heard about the "rude" customer service and how you have only 15 minutes to eat, but we still went to check it out for breakfast one morning.

The set breakfast meal includes toast, scrambled eggs, ham penne (which is essentially macaroni soup - a staple in Hong Kong cuisine), and a drink.

The turnover is so quick that it's a pretty well-oiled machine. We got our food within a minute. They know guests will be ordering the set breakfast, so they prepare the food in advance.

Macaroni and ham soup for breakfast was interesting, but it was a must try - the kids really liked it.

The toast was so good - so simple, yet so buttery.

I didn't really think "rude" was the right adjective to describe the service. It wasn't friendly, but more "hurried," as the servers were trying to get customers in and out for a quick customer turnover to avoid a lengthy wait.

Definitely give Australia Dairy Company a try!
