Many eateries we went to in Hong Kong were small, so our family of 5 would often have to split onto two tables. One day for breakfast we went to the busy Waso Cafe. They ended up seating us in a “VIP” room (as was noted on our QR code to scan for ordering) in order to seat us immediately and avoid waiting, which I thought was nice.

Toast with Butter & Condensed Milk |
I have a thing for Hong Kong toasts. The Toast with Condensed Milk was so simple, yet so good!

Signature Cheese & Egg & Corned Beef Toast |
I also had the Signature Cheese & Egg & Corned Beef Toast.
It must be the bread that makes Hong Kong Toast so good, because this humble sandwich was so good too! It was on the saltier side, but still so good.

Their menu is pretty expensive. You can get something simple or hearty, sweet or savory. There are noodles, buns, toasts, and more to choose from.
Waso Cafe was a great breakfast spot!
