Visit Kauai: The Spot

Over the weekend, I stayed in Princeville, Kauai for the first time. I was excited for a weekend of relaxation with friends and trying out locally owned restaurants in the neighborhood. One of those turned out to be The Spot. Located in the Princeville center, The Spot serves made-to-order breakfasts and coffee. They feature plant-based, fully customizable acai, pitaya and superfood soft serve bowls and smoothies.

I had the smashed avocado toast that came on two pieces of sourdough toast. I added a poached egg and it was the perfect size breakfast before a day of exploring. My friends enjoyed their meals too and also said the coffee was very good. A great spot for a casual breakfast!
