UMI BY VIKRAM GARG ROMANCES LOVERS WITH ITS VALENTINE’S DAY MENU

Umi by Vikram Garg will be featuring a
 special Aphrodisiac Menu and a five-course Valentine’s Day Menu on Friday, February 14, from 5:30 to 10:00 p.m. (last seating at 8:30 p.m.)


Aphrodisiac Menu
  • Oysters & Champagne ($150) – 750ml Bottle of Champagne Lallier “Réflexion R019” Brut (from Aÿ, France) with a half dozen oysters, chili-lemon aioli, cold smoke
  • Caviar & Champagne ($275) – 750ml Bottle of Champagne Lallier “Réflexion R019” Brut (from Aÿ, France) with Private Label Golden Osetra Caviar, creme fraiche, French fries
Valentine’s Day Menu - $160 plus tax and gratuity
  • Cured Ikura, Sunchoke, Watercress Velouté
  • Foie Gras Mousse, Rose Jam, Black Sesame Tuille
  • Mentaiko, Preserved Yuzu Risotto, Parmesan Shavings
  • Wagyu Short Rib, Pomegranate, Mushroom Tartlet, Onion Jus
  • Strawberry, Caramel Chocolate Namelaka
