Naʻau - A Nod to NELHA

The tasting menu at Naʻau the first two weeks of April was a nod to NELHA (Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaiʻi Authority) and the amazing ingredients produced at the Hawaiʻi Ocean Science and Technology Park.

The remainder of the month will be non-themed (just a normal Chef's Tasting multi-course format).
